Luxurious villa "Il Tiglio" classic/contemporary style in Forte dei Marmi. Surrounded by a garden and tall hedges, the house is located 700m from the sea and offers: - Large bright open-plan living room with dining table. - 4 spacious double bedrooms and 3 single bedrooms (2 consisting of 2 beds). -6 Bathrooms equipped with all toilet facilities. - 1 Aluminum kitchen including all the necessary services. - Veranda with a large glass dining table, 3 terraces, solarium and outdoor shower. The space The villa offers all the necessary amenities for the guest's stay: towels, sheets, towels, cloths, cutlery, etc., all clean and sanitized for each stay. The villa has a gate, to enter on foot, and a gate for cars and bikes. Once you enter the gate you will find yourself immersed in a vast vegetation that characterizes the garden (surrounding the whole house), equipped with numerous parking spaces with stone floor. There will also be sun loungers in the garden. After walking along one of the two stone paths in the garden that leads to the house, there will be a veranda with a large main glass table and a secondary (smaller) one where you can spend breakfasts, lunches, dinners and moments of relaxation after a sunny day at the beach, all characterized by a beautiful and elegant floral environment. Once you enter through the main door/window (accessible from the veranda), you will find yourself in a large open-plan living room characterized by fine classic/contemporary furnishings, all illuminated by a pleasant natural light coming from the windows/patio doors overlooking the garden (and of course also from lights/lamps that create artificial light). From the French door next to the dining table you can access another veranda, also equipped with a large table, this area is connected to the kitchen through a French door. Continuing to the right of the living room, we will find an arched wall that divides the living area from the other rooms. The first is the kitchen, entirely made of aluminum with a wooden table in the center that acts as an island, equipped with all the services and appliances necessary for guests. (Coffee maker, kettle, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc.). To the right of the veranda at the back of the house, you will also find an outdoor shower inside a separate house. Next to it is a porch where you can store the bikes available to the guest (offered by the house). Continuing to the other rooms on the ground floor, you will find 3 bright bedrooms with TVs (2 spacious double and 1 single), each of which has a private bathroom (1 non-functioning shower, under maintenance) equipped with all the necessary services, and only one of these also has a small living room in which there is an arched French door where you can access a small patio that overlooks the garden. Continuing to the upper floor, accessible via the flight of stairs in front of the kitchen door, you will find 4 bedrooms with large wardrobes, (1 single, 1 with 2 beds and the other 2 double) 2 with TV, 2 with private bathroom and an additional bathroom located outside these (total 3 bathrooms). Among these 4 rooms you will find the MASTER BEDROOM, a double bed, a living room with TV and a private bathroom (already mentioned in the 3 total) equipped with a double sink for the heads of the family. Through the master bedroom you can access the solarium after leaving the arched window door, and then climb the spiral stairs on the right, we will finally find ourselves in the beautiful solarium surrounded by vases with hedges that protect the privacy of the guest, and the loungers to sunbathe and relax.
