With four bedrooms and three baths, this accommodation caters to large families or groups seeking outdoor adventures. Its proximity to various hiking and biking trails, the Carrabassett River, and Flagstaff Lake makes it an ideal base for exploration. This condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Sugarloaf Fitness Center and Pool. Easy access to multiple lifts in the Winter! The space This expansive condo is an ideal choice for accommodating large families or groups. Spanning across four floors, it offers ample privacy and space for everyone. Upon entering, a convenient entryway provides storage space for ski equipment before entering the residence. The first floor comprises an open entry space with a comfortable couch and a small TV exclusively for DVD viewing. One bedroom on this floor boasts a Roku TV, a private full bathroom, and sleeping arrangements for four individuals (a queen bed and a bunk bed). Moving to the next level, two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom are situated. One bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the other includes two single beds and a designated workspace. Additionally, a washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level. There is an additional entry way on this level incase you needed to store some extra gear. Ascending to the following level, an open-concept layout encompasses the kitchen and living area. A spacious dining table accommodates group meals, and the open design is ideal for hosting gatherings. This level also includes a large flat-screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace. The master suite, situated on the top floor, offers a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo. There are a few locked closets in the house, these are for owners use so please do not tamper with them. Please be respectful of any personal items that are in the house.
