HALLER COASTAL HOMES / PROPERTY OWNER POLICIES & HOUSE RULES: * Guests must 2 easy steps within 24 hours of booking - Digitally signed rental agreement and ID on file with Airbnb * Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, per homeowners insurance policy * Arrival and Departure Times are shown above. * No smoking / no vaping policy - at no time in or on the premises. * Strict no party, social gatherings policy - only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on premises * Good Neighbor Policy in effect (quiet times are between 10:00pm and 8:00am) which may require decibel meters in outdoor areas in residential zones. These are not listening devices. * Cancellation Policy - listed above and shown prior to booking. Guests understand air mattresses are not permitted at the property, extra blankets and sheets are not provided. 7. Guests understand that what is supplied by the property owner is listed under amenities and property manager does not supply additional items. 8. Guests understand that property manager is available in case of emergency and other urgent situations. Guest must call or text property manager directly at number listed in the house manual at the property and not through the Airbnb app after hours. 9. Guest acknowledge no unauthorized pets are permitted at any time, separate dog fee required at time of booking. Dogs can never be left alone inside or outside home, not permitted on any furniture and all guests are required to clean up after their dogs. Max dog weight 50lbs and non-shedding, potty trained only. California State Law supersedes all other policies as it pertains to ESA (Emotional Support Animals) and can be found under California ESA Law AB 486 (2022). Emotional Support Animals are still considered pets and not classified as Service Animals. 10. Guests understand property owner and manager strive to provide exceptional properties and experiences but know nothing can be 100% perfect, although we work hard to achieve this for the guest!
