The apartment impresses with its stately high rooms, which are connected by generous double doors. Old style elements combined with modern furnishings and a few individual pieces make up the charm of this apartment. You can expect a 120 square meter apartment with bedroom, living room including sofa bed, dining room with workstation, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and balcony. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee or tea and enjoy all the great amenities of this apartment - including the cozy, sunny lounge balcony. The spacious bedroom has a 200x200 cm king-size double bed and a TV. The art deco armchair is not only an eye-catcher, but also very cozy. In addition to a large closet, there is an adjoining walk-in dressing room where you can store your suitcases and belongings, as well as balcony cushions, a yoga mat and fitness dumbbells. In the living room you will find a cozy seating area with a large sofa, armchair and stool and a 160cm wide pull-out sofa bed for two more people. A 65" Smart TV with NETFLIX, among other things, offers good entertainment. In the dining room there is a large table for 8 people, which is not only ideal for eating, but also for extensive games evenings. There are two comfortable armchairs by the window front for reading or relaxing. There is also a workstation for home office in this room. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. Everything you need for cooking is at your disposal. A seating area for 2 people invites you to enjoy your morning Nespresso or filter coffee. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub. Of course, I provide fresh towels and all the essentials, such as shower gel and shampoo. In the hallway there is the possibility to store shoes at the entrance and a wardrobe at the back right. The location: The apartment is located in the Charlottenburg district in a quiet side street near Savignyplatz - just a 5-minute walk from Kurfürstendamm.
