Villa LELLE is a charming Mediterranean villa built on the top of a rocky spur overlooking the sea. It sleeps six people comfortably and has a beautiful garden with a fantastic terrace. The Villa is on the road leading towards Amalfi, in front of the Hotel Excelsior, where you will find the most beautiful and scenic view of the Amalfi coast. The space Villa LELLE is a new, charmingly furnished Villa with a sea view; the owner finished doing it in 2023. The owner has elegantly decorated the home in white and pink to match the colours of the sky at sunset, and the flooring in the house is with antique ceramic tiles from Vietri. You are comfortable 12 steps from the main road, only 15 minutes from the Amalfi centre, 350 meters from the market store "La Florida" and in front of the bus stop. From Villa LELLE, you will have panoramic sea and coastline views. The Villa is approximately 200 square meters (2,153 square feet). It features a huge private garden and a large private terrace where you can enjoy sunbathing, air conditioning, WI-FI Internet access, and outdoor and on-site laundry. Villa LELLE consists of the following: The living room area is spacious and bright with three large windows which open up to the big terrace; furnishings consist of a large and comfortable sofa-bed, one flat-screen TV, a dining table that can accommodate six or eight guests, a dresser with drawers, air conditioning/heating unit and Wi-Fi. Please note that WI-FI speed on the Amalfi Coast is limited; browsing websites ( shopping online, online banking, social networks ) and checking e-mails can be adequate. It is unsuitable for downloading movies, games, songs or streaming videos. The eat-in style kitchen room is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, a toaster, dishes and glassware. The First Bedroom: You can enter from the corridor, it is a large bedroom with a big balcony through which you can see the charming view, furnished with a king-size bed, a wardrobe and an antique armchair. In the room, there is a lovely fireplace made of stone. The bedroom has an air conditioning/heating unit and high-speed Wi-Fi. The Second Bedroom is typical Mediterranean style with a big balcony through which you can see the charming view, furnished with a king-size bed and a large wardrobe. You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has an air conditioning/heating unit and high-speed Wi-Fi. The Third Bedroom is oversized, too, with Mediterranean-style decoration and has a King-size bed, a large wardrobe, and an antique desk with a mirror. You can enter from the corridor, and it has a big balcony through which you can see the charming view of Amalfi. The bedroom has an air conditioning/heating unit and high-speed Wi-Fi. Two full bathrooms have a large shower (no tub), a sink, and a big mirror toilet. The main bathroom is equipped with a bidet and a Jacuzzi shower. You will be able to enter the bathrooms from the corridor room. All bathrooms have a heating unit and high-speed Wi-Fi. Terrace: lies in front of the living room and the kitchen. It is a terrace caressed by the sun all day long, facing the blue of the sea, and rich in flowers and terracotta vases where lush red and yellow Mediterranean flowers grow. The terrace ends in a scenic overlook where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire bay of Amalfi. Part of the terrace is surmounted by a big umbrella under which you will find a wickerwork sofa as well as a table, chairs and a large table: it will be your favourite place to relax outdoors during the day and spend magical hours dining under the stars when the moon glows above the sea. All the lights along the coast are lit. This terrace is located in one of the most beautiful places in Amalfi and even the world: you will feel privileged to have it all for yourself during your vacation stay! Guest access full access to the whole property Other things to note Please note that this property is based on a self-catering contract; you get only the property and the listed amenities; anything else is not mandatory. We try to be friendly and accommodate any request, but once in the property is entirely up to the client to buy what is necessary for the holiday and to organise your day-to-day needs. If anything breaks, we cannot guarantee to find maintenance on the same day; we will try our best to provide a fix, but again, if we do not find a maintenance service, this cannot be used for a bad review or a refund request. The rental price includes free WIFI, electricity, linens, and towels. FINAL CLEANING FEES upon arrival, you must pay Euro 300 for the final cleaning fees in cash or credit card. This includes toilet paper, linen, extra pillows, soap, hairdryer, iron. TOURIST TAX Upon arrival, you must pay the tourist tax of 3 Euros per person per night in cash. PROOF OF ID Italy has security standards that require every Host to record their guests' information: Italian law (named "DM Interno 07/01/2013")and communicate it to the Police Headquarters through the accommodations portal when they check in, without exception. For this reason, upon checking in, you must show a valid ID such as a driver's license or passport; the local representative will take a photo of the front and the back of all identity documents. LUGGAGE DROP Although we always strive to accommodate our client's requests, you booked a self-catering accommodation. Unfortunately, we do not have allocated staff or dedicated space for luggage drop before you check-in in the property. We cannot drop anything at the property before the check-in because the cleaning team is busy cleaning and sanitising the property for your arrival. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit on check-in; this can be paid in cash if you are not happy to give a credit card for pre-authorisation. The amount is € 300. A security deposit is a set amount of money that guests pay to cover any damage to the property and other incurred costs (e.g. additional cleaning) during their stay. If there is damage, then a partial or no refund is given, dependent on the extent of the damage. The deposit is refunded to the guest if there isn't any damage. The security deposit will be returned, providing that no damage has been found in the property, either upon checking out if paid in cash or after 7 working days if a credit card has been used for the pre-authorisation. LATE ARRIVAL FEE If you arrive after 8:30 PM, you will be charged € 50 for the "Late Arrival Fee," which will be paid in cash upon check-in. The local agent responsible for your check-in will not be waiting longer than 23:00. After 23:00, I am afraid nobody will be staying at the property; you will need to organise your accommodation for the night and check in the following day. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FOR EXTRAS Please note that for all the required payments for any extra service or extra fee you wish to pay with a credit card, an international fee exchange of 10% will be added, and payment will be taken with the equivalent amount in USD on the day of the payment. CAR PARK for our customers, we have a private garage with 24-hour video surveillance and car collection and delivery service, which is included at € 35.00 per day per car. The Car Park fees can be paid at the time of check-in. The service is available from 8 AM until 8 PM; the local concierge must be notified about the need for the car for pick-up and return with at least 6 hours' notice. The service must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance as we cannot guarantee the availability of spaces for all requests. Please be aware that if you decide to park on the road outside, you may incur fines or damage to your car due to the limited width of the road.
