Welcome to Feelgood Casa, our lovingly restored boutique townhouse in the heart of Ispica, in the southeast of Sicily. Our Casa combines history with modern design and was furnished with a lot of love for detail. The highlights: a rooftop terrace with studio and barbecue, two stylish bedrooms with balconies, high-quality furnishings and only 10 minutes to the 8 km long sandy beach. The space The house has been renovated with a lot of flair for design, materials and atmosphere. Original tiles, antique floors and star vaults meet high-quality furniture, selected details and a clear, quiet design. On three floors you will find: Ground Floor – Living & Enjoying Open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Large dining table for long evenings, designer lights, lots of light. Small, green courtyard for the first cappuccino in the morning. First Floor – Sleep & Relax Two quiet bedrooms with French balconies. High-quality beds (1.60 m x 1.90 m) for a good night's sleep. Bathroom with natural stone and rainfall shower. Second Floor - Studio & Rooftop Flexible space for yoga, work or creative activities. The roof terrace is our favorite place: aperitivo in the shade, view of the palazzo and in good weather even to the sea. Location Our Feelgood Casa is located in the heart of Ispica, a charming Sicilian small town with a real Italian atmosphere without mass tourism. Everything is within walking distance: espresso at the bar, aperitivo in the sun, evening walks across the piazza and (no joke) the best gelato on the island. Despite the quiet location, you are in the middle of it. There is also plenty to do in the area: • In 10 minutes you can reach the sandy beaches of Santa Maria del Focallo and Marispica by car. Always a highlight. • In a good 30-40 minutes by car to Noto, Modica, Mazamemi and Syracuse. To name just a few. • Nature experiences: in 12 minutes walking distance you are directly in the Cava d'Ispica, a 13 km long, natural gorge with a unique atmosphere. In 35 minutes you can reach the Vendicari nature reserve by car, a fauna oasis with wild beaches and flamingos, in 50 minutes the Cava Grande del Cassibile, another nature reserve with freshwater lakes and waterfalls.
