House at the Ria

'House at the Ria' is located in the green resort of Pedras d’el Rei. Staying here means you’re right by 'Ria Formosa', a long course of sea water with the most wonderful and remote beaches in the Algarve. Here you have all you need only 10 minutes walking distance: restaurants, supermarket, kids club, tennis court, and even a cosy piano bar, located around the swimming pools of the resort, with free daybeds and a lifeguard. It’s the only place near Tavira where you can just walk to the beach! The space At 'House at the Ria' you will wake up and have 'Ria Formosa' right before your eyes and you can even see it while laying in bed! You will smell the sea right in front of you and taste the salty breeze! The house is comprised of: - The bedroom, bright and spacious, with a king size bed and a wardrobe. - The living area, with a great view over the garden and 'Ria Formosa'. You can make use of the swivelling table, adjustable in height. - The kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials. - The bathroom, which includes a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. - The porch at the entrance, with a view over the garden and 'Ria Formosa'. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and all the previously mentioned common areas of the resort and also a kiosk, common laundry and bike rental. It is also included a card for free parking and access cards to the pool and the train to Praia do Barril, located 2km from the house, and which you can use if you don't feel like walking. Other things to note The key collection is done at the resort reception, open 24h. Here, a parking card and a pool/train access to Praia do Barril card will also be given to each guest, upon the payment of a deposit of €10 per card, which will be refunded by the reception upon their return at the time of your check-out. The identification data of all non-national guests will be requested to send the Accommodation Bulletin to the Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF). 2km away is Santa Luzia, one of the typical fishing villages in the Algarve, with some amazing traditional restaurants, facing the fishermen's boats. About 6km away we have Tavira, probably one of the last authentic cities in the Algarve, which managed to keep most of its culture and heritage untouched. It has the most wonderful and well cared historical city center, easily visited, with every sightseeing in a walking distance. It has dozens of old churches, delightful details and hidden spots, old windows, tiled façades, and traditional tiled roofs.
