It comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped open concept kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large open living room and dining area, a private balcony with stunning views of the ocean and city skyline, WiFi and Cable TV included. The master bedroom offers a 2 queen size beds. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room with 2 extra sleeping spots. Resort Fee (Daily Charge): • $40 per day, plus applicable taxes Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250: • A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay. • This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary.
