Feel Home – Your Journey Partner in Fort Kochi Welcome to Feel Home – a gentle pause in the middle of your journey. Tucked inside a lovingly restored 150-year-old traditional house, our home offers a quiet, cozy space where you can simply be. Whether you're here to wander through the stories of Fort Kochi, take a break from the rush, or just enjoy a slow cup of tea on a breezy verandah. The space 🌿 A Space That Feels Just Right Comfortable Private Room Your air-conditioned bedroom comes with a clean, spacious bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful night’s rest. It's simple, quiet, and thoughtfully put together so you can settle in easily. A Kitchen You Can Use There’s a small, shared pantry with a fridge, kettle, microwave, induction stove, and basic utensils—perfect for warming up a quick bite or making yourself some tea whenever you like. The Verandah This long, open verandah is one of our favorite corners of the house. Guests often find themselves sitting here with a book, a journal, or just their thoughts. Guest access Accessible Common Areas Office Space: This space is mostly used by our business staff. Veranda: Enjoy the beautiful long veranda, an ideal spot to relax, read, or enjoy your morning coffee. Common Utility Pantry: Use our pantry to heat/warm your meals during your stay. We have induction stove, microwave oven, kettle, fridge and cutleries for a quick survival meal During your stay Personalized Assistance Lovely Caretaker Lucy Chechi: Our wonderful caretaker Lucy Chechi is available during the day to assist you with anything you need. Typically available on Monday to Saturday during day time Host Cherian or Gautam : Your host Cherian or Gautam is typically available in the office hours for any travel or stay assistance. If not, they are always reachable by phone to ensure all your needs are met. Our Co-host Amal stays in the building. He will be happy to assist you. He is a mentalist by profession. He is amazing at it. Feel free to book his show during your stay. Other things to note 🕊 A Few Simple Things to Know Please note: This is a beautifully preserved 125-year-old heritage home with original wooden ceilings. As the homestay is located above a gelato ice cream shop, some ambient customer chatter may be audible until the shop closes at 11:00 pm. Guests seeking early or complete quiet nights may find this noticeable. The room’s on the first floor—stairs only. We have inverter backup for lights and fans (not AC). You’ll need to carry your own bags. We don’t serve meals, but great cafes are nearby, and the kitchen is yours to use. We’re happy to recommend places based on your mood.
