Together, the new handcrafted lattice screens at distinctive spots across the terrace and landscaped shrubbery along the perimeter of the property envelope guests in a haven of tranquil seclusion. Shaded areas and sunny spots on the large terrace accommodate however and wherever you choose to unwind. Soothing lighting in the pool is ideal for evening swimming —for floating blissfully under a canopy of stars or bathing in the moonlight. THE INTERIOR Sea Foam Villa’s cozy interior was renovated in 2020 to bring the outdoors in. The carefully planned layout of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms — 2 of which are en suite — offers you distinct privacy. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and adorned with new comfortable furnishings, linens, and modern amenities. Fans in the tall ceilings of every room ensure that you rest peacefully no matter where you choose to snooze. The floor to (almost) ceiling tile work in each bathroom is quite lovely. Bathrooms are outfitted with soft bath linens and decadent toiletries, and extra towels are just a few steps down the hallway in the linen closet. The laundry rooms are complete with newly-installed washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, laundry sink, and cleaning accessories. THE KITCHEN The full-service kitchen is generously equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, ample cookware and bakeware, and sturdy utensils for cooking and entertaining. Each cupboard is fully stocked with trays and barware for wine and cocktails, tumblers and pitchers for water and juices and a sufficient supply of plates, bowls, mugs, and cutlery for dining. Coffee and teas are complimentary, as is a diverse assortment of spices and other condiments. Plus, the gorgeous terracotta floors have been stripped, cleaned, and polished to a beautiful sheen and each wall has been freshly painted. High-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable laptop-ready workspaces make it ideal for combining work and play. Guest access You will have full access to the entire property — house, pool and grounds.
