Guest access The entire condo is yours, and you have full access to all amenities on the resort to include the pool, gym, water sports (kayaks, paddle boards, beach towels) and much more. Other things to note Cleaning and Resort Fees: 1) The cleaning fee is $35 and payable to the front desk upon arrival. 2) There is a $20/day "Resort fee" (no exceptions) that covers all water sports, pool and beach towels. This is not included in the rental rate, and is paid to the front desk upon arrival.
