Espinar Beach House Gate

This beach house provides a stunning view over the main balcony and is located on a mile of lonely sandy beach. This breezy three story home is ideal for large families with four bedrooms and a roof deck providing the best view of the west coast. The main level has three bedrooms, two baths, and a fully stocked kitchen. The lower level studio has its own bathroom as well as a kitchenette and laundry. There are paddle boards, beach chairs and towels for our guests use. The space It is steps away from a fish market, an open-air restaurant (La Casa del Dorado) and only a short distance away from several neighborhood bars, food stands and a bakery. Located in the historic Barrio Espinar, this quaint neighborhood is home to the oldest church ruins on the island dating back to the 1500's.
