Here, you'll experience the perfect blend of local charm, natural beauty, and modern comfort. The space Location: Located right next to a nature reserve, our villa is a haven for nature enthusiasts. Outside, you'll relish the sound of the Atlantic waves, just 350 meters away. This beach is renowned for its beauty and safety, ideal for sunbathing, surfing, leisurely walks, and supervised swimming. Convenience and Accessibility: The metro station, a mere 2 km away, connects you to the vibrant heart of Porto in just 30 minutes. Explore the picturesque town of Vila do Conde, only 5 km from your doorstep, or venture further to Póvoa de Varzim at 10 km. For travelers, OPO Airport is a convenient 18-minute drive. Accommodations: Our spacious villa offers four inviting bedrooms, all with inseparable double beds. The suite has its own private bathroom, while all three bedrooms on the upper floor provide access to a terrace with a mesmerizing sea view. Each of our three bathrooms is equipped with a shower, toilet and hair-dryer for your convenience. Group-Friendly: The house offers several indoor and outdoor areas for groups or families of up to 8 people to get together, as well as retreat areas for individuals or smaller groups. The ground floor with one of the bedrooms and the garden are barrier-free. Amenities: The villa's spacious, fully-equipped kitchen includes an espresso and coffee maker as well as a freezer. There are numerous indoor and outdoor dining and relaxation areas, as well as a collection of books and board games for your entertainment. All three bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. The ground floor, with one bedroom and the garden, are accessible without barriers. Outdoor Oasis: The private garden features a 12-meter pool for swimmers only. Enjoy fast LAN/WLAN outside and in all rooms, each equipped with air conditioning. Additional amenities include a TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, gas grill, sun loungers, yoga mats, mini stepper, and blackroll. Parking: You can park your car for free directly in front of the house, on a street with very little traffic, or, if you prefer, use our garage for added convenience. Special Touches: For surfers, equipment is available for rent. Musicians will appreciate our folk, classic, and electric guitars. Guest access The house can only be rented as a whole. We welcome long-term guests. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, we cannot rent to families with children under 6 years old.
