The space WELCOME TO DOMAINE DE L’ÉMERAUDE Just 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion and around 45 minutes from Bordeaux, Domaine de l’Émeraude welcomes you to a beautiful private estate surrounded by vineyards, forest and its own lake. A place to come together, enjoy long meals with family and friends, relax by the heated pool, explore the grounds or simply appreciate the peace, privacy and space. THE MAIN CHÂTEAU The main house offers generous living spaces and can accommodate up to 18 guests. It features 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, spacious living areas, a bar, piano, pool table and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the estate at their own pace. A KITCHEN MADE FOR LARGE GATHERINGS The kitchen is fully equipped for groups, with a professional range cooker, 3 ovens, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, a wine cellar, coffee machines and everything you need to prepare and enjoy memorable meals together. HEATED POOL, RELAXATION & ACTIVITIES The large 13 × 6 m heated swimming pool is one of the highlights of the estate. You can also enjoy the sauna, gym, pool table, table football, table tennis, badminton, Mölkky, pétanque, golf, suction-cup archery, fishing by the lake and numerous walking trails throughout the estate. A SECOND HOUSE AVAILABLE AS AN OPTION For larger groups, an independent 85 m² guest house can be added to your stay. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a kitchen and living room, and can accommodate up to 10 additional guests. With both houses, the estate can accommodate up to 28 overnight guests. A PRIVATE WINE ESTATE Domaine de l’Émeraude has its own vineyards, giving you the opportunity to discover the estate’s wines and its winemaking heritage during your stay. Saint-Émilion, Pomerol and the renowned vineyards of the Libourne area are all just a short drive away. MAKING YOUR STAY EASIER We work with a selection of trusted local professionals and can provide their contact details according to your needs, including caterers, private drivers and airport or train station transfers, massage therapists, wine tastings, photographers, musicians, bartenders and other services. WEDDINGS & PRIVATE EVENTS Domaine de l’Émeraude can also host weddings, birthdays, family gatherings, corporate retreats and other private events for up to 100 guests. Two adjoining reception spaces of approximately 150 m² each are available for events. All weddings, receptions and private events must be agreed with us in advance and require a specific event package. A standard accommodation booking does not automatically include the right to host an event. PRIVACY & EXCLUSIVITY During your stay, you can enjoy the privacy and tranquillity of the estate, surrounded by vineyards, forest and the lake.
