These amenities may present risks to children, those with health conditions, pregnant guests, or anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times and for using the amenities safely. By booking, you and your guests agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur and waive any claim against the host. Misuse of the pool or hot tub that results in damage may result in additional charges.
