Welcome to our comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the serene Sanibel Village community. Enjoy access to three pools, two tennis courts, and a scenic pond with a fountain, making your stay peaceful and rejuvenating. Situated just 1.5 miles from the beach, you can easily bike to downtown Rehoboth without using Route 1. This location offers the perfect balance between a relaxing retreat and convenient access to the vibrant attractions of Rehoboth Beach. The space Be aware that the second-floor condo is accessible via stairs. An elevator is available, but it only reaches the third floor, so you will need to walk down one flight of stairs to access the condo. As you enter the front door, you'll find a well-stocked, modern kitchen. To the left is the guest bedroom, which sleeps five guests comfortably with a full-size bed (and single trundle) and a twin bunk bed. Adjacent to the guest bedroom is a full bathroom featuring a bath tub and shower combination. Further into the condo, you'll find the primary bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed, a flat screen smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and walk-in shower. The living room offers cozy seating and another flat screen smart TV. Just off the living room, step onto the screened-in porch overlooking the community pond and fountain, complete with patio furniture and a hammock swing for your relaxation. Enjoy the peaceful views and unwind in this inviting outdoor space. The condo includes a stackable washer and dryer with complimentary detergent, as well as provided sheets and bath towels for your convenience. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards are available for your use as well. Other things to note The condo is within walking distance of popular local restaurants such as Big Fish Grill, Thompson Island Brewery, and Bluecoast Rehoboth. You're also just a short walk away from Jungle Jim's Waterpark, Rehoboth's largest waterpark, offering endless fun for the whole family. Sanibel Village is part of the Eagles Landing Community. Enjoy convenient, unlimited parking, community bike racks, tennis courts, and the use of multiple community pools. Current guidelines are posted at each pool and an attendant is on duty. Pools are normally open from Memorial Day weekend - Mid September. An electronic key pass is required to enter the pool and tennis courts. 6 people/pass. If the pass is damaged or lost, a $50 replacement fee will be charged to you.
