Like a hotel room but with a real equipped kitchen! Very nice studio completely renovated in May 2024, suitable for one or two people. It has a bathroom (towels provided) , as well as a main room with a real new sofa bed (22cm mattress + bed linens provided) Located an 8-minute walk from Metro 4 and RER B which lead to central Paris in about 30 minutes. Bakery, supermarket, 2 min from the accommodation. Paid parking (€5/day) on the street Guest access Access is self-contained. A secure box is to the left of the front door. Other things to note We have a strict “no” to host events or parties. There is also no smoking in the apartment as there is a private garden dedicated to this purpose.
