Violation of any of the house rules will result in a $500 fine. 1- Please, make sure to read, understand and agree with the ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES before reserving our property. 2- While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! 3- Remember this is a home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site and support is not available 24-hours a day. 4- Packages shipped to the house are allowed but mail may not be shipped to the house. The mailbox is locked and will not be available for use. We will not be responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages. 5- Please ensure the garage remote control is not misplaced or lost. Losing the garage remote control shall cause a $250 fee after checkout.
