Welcome to our modern and inviting apartment, conveniently located in a quite neighborhood in the Mendenhall valley near the airport, glacier, restaurants and grocery store. The apartment has a private entrance on the second floor, one bedroom with queen bed, one bathroom, a large living area, walk-in closet, washer and dryer, and a full-sized kitchen. There is also a fold out queen bed in the living room that can potentially sleep 1-2 additional guests. The space The apartment comprises one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and large walk in closet with full sized washer and dryer. The living room features a cozy couch that can be converted into another queen-sized bed, accommodating 1 to 2 additional guests. The kitchen is spacious, with full size refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher allowing you to prepare meals with ease. This is an apartment above the garage in our house. You will have a dedicated parking space in the driveway, and you have your own entrance on the side of the house. We have a camera monitoring the front of the house. There is one flight of stairs to enter. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we are centrally located for easy access wherever you need or want to go during your time in Juneau.
