The space The house is bright and sun-filled, and opens out on to a conveniently located veranda for al fresco dining. The main spaces are located at ground floor level, accessed by a single step up from the driveway. Behind the house on a lower level there is a fantastic shaded barbecue zone and patio for those long lunches that stretch into the evening The pool is generously sized at 3.5x7m and has a maximum depth of 1.7m; and of course there is plenty of space to lounge in the sun. Cars can be parked within a gated area in front of the house, or just left on the quiet street outside. At the lower patio level you will find the laundry and utility spaces. Walking in to the house, you enter an open plan living/dining area from which all other spaces are accessed. The kitchen is compact and well-equipped with new kitchenware throughout. There are 3 bedrooms: a room with 2 single beds (one 'pull-out'), a compact double room and a room with a superking size double. The bathroom on this level contains a shower, sink and WC. Upstairs, there is an attic office space for an additional sofa bed to accommodate 2 guests or a convenient quiet space ideal for remote working or just a quick siesta. Access is internal by means of a stair to get downstairs to the second bathroom and utility areas and from there, out to the barbecue area and pool. Guest access Access is open to guests to all areas and there are no shared amenities. Other things to note A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets are welcome to stay with you. We trust you to manage them responsibly.
