HOUSE RULES & BOOKING TERMS * Rates & Usage Standard nightly rates apply to normal stays within the stated sleeping capacity only. Production shoots, events, gatherings, or additional guests above sleeping capacity are charged at higher rates depending on total headcount and usage. Please enquire before booking. * Additional Guest Fee £100 per person for any staying or visiting guest above the stated sleeping capacity, unless otherwise agreed in writing. * Security Deposit A £1,000 refundable security deposit is required before arrival. Last-minute, event-type or higher-risk bookings may require a higher deposit. * Pre-Arrival Requirements All guests must: – Provide a valid government ID – Review and sign our booking agreement – Pay the refundable security deposit This must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation, or at least 3 hours before arrival for same-day bookings. * Condition of Stay Bookings cannot proceed unless all pre-arrival requirements have been fully completed. Guest access Guests will have full access to the full property and grounds including the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, cinema room and games room.
