Located in the Flat Israel building on the beachfront of Tambaú, next to the Varandas de Tambaú food court, next to the craft fair, and a 5-minute walk from the boat departures to the natural pools of Picãozinho/Seixas. The space *Apartment Usage Rules* To access the condominium, you need to send the full name and CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) of each guest. We do not accept reservations for third parties. Regarding your stay: - We provide bath towels, face towels, floor towels, and bed linens during your stay. - We do not charge a cleaning fee; we kindly ask that you wash the dishes and kitchen utensils you use. - Children are welcome. - We do not accept pets. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (subject to a fine). - Exclusive Wi-Fi for the accommodation. - Smart TV. - We do not have a stove in our apartment. The apartment has a kitchen setup for quick snacks such as an air fryer, microwave, toaster (grill), coffee maker, and mini-fridge. Regarding the condominium: - The condominium does not allow check-in for wet people or those wearing swimwear. If you go to the beach before check-in, you can use the facilities in the basement for a shower before check-in. - The building has an elevator; - The building has an infinity pool with ocean views for the exclusive use of guests; - Guests are not allowed during your stay - only guests registered before check-in will have access to the apartment; - Free Wi-Fi in the building; - Respect the building's rules of coexistence; Regarding parking: - Rotating parking is included in your stay (spaces subject to availability); - The building has 64 parking spaces for cars (16 double/locked spaces) and 10 spaces for motorcycles, with the use of a single parking space per unit according to availability. The spaces are intended only for guests. Regarding cleaning service: - We offer a linen change service (bed linen and towels) for a cost of R$ 30, which must be requested from the host. - Cleaning does not include dishes and kitchen utensils; Guest access - You will need to identify yourself at reception and pick up the keys to your stay. Regarding check-in and check-out: - Check-in from 2 PM, no time limit, the reception is open 24 hours; - Check-out until 12 PM; Flexibility may be possible depending on availability. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Subject to a fine of R$ 250 for an additional cleaning fee.
