The villa contains a cozy living room & a well equipped kitchen & dining area with an outside bar patio. It is situated on a fenced  half acre property with a pool & security surveillance. The two bedroom villa has its  own captivating seperate entrance, surrounded by a lush tropical  garden sanctuary,  which borders foliage of an eco- friendly green belt and offers views of the Caribbean sea. The tropical garden oasis is known for its surrounding Aloevera plants. It contains a breathtaking private pool, natural wood deck surrounded by palm trees, cherry, sugar apple, and mango trees. The villa features a relaxing bar patio, which can be accessed while inside or outside. The villa close to the Jazz & Arts Festival venue. and a 5 minute walk from the award winning Naked Fisherman beach restaurant at Smugglers Cove. A little hidden gem of an Oasis you will love for a couple, friends, or a family vacation. Guest access The shared property sits on half an acre of land, which features security surveillance of the grounds while ensuring your privacy and exclusive access of the pool during your stay. Exclusive parking is available to the villa located within the second gate of the property. The villa also features its own private laundry area. Other things to note Hosts are Wayne and Jasmin. Taxi transportation services can be arranged upon request. Please note that regular pool maintenance will be done twice a week to ensure the pool is at optimum efficiency for guests use . Please note garbage disposal are on the same days Mon/Thurs 830am. Please put garbage bags at gate for pick up. The property is surrounded by natural vegetation and various species of birds. The birdsong is enjoyed by many guests. We ask them you please do not feed the birds and any wildlife. We appreciate your assistance and understanding.
