The space Kia Orana! In a stunning 3/4 acre tropical setting 30m off the main road the 'muri beachside villa' is as the name states, beside the beach just a few steps to the lawn and on to the beach. It is two level and has two bedrooms and ensuites both with air con, both upstairs. we can split beds to singles and there is plenty of wardrobe storage . downstairs there is a additional bathroom with washing machine. there is a full kitchen including dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, BBQ outside on the deck and all the cooking utensils needed to cook some tasty island food ! we provide cold uv filtered drinking water that you can refill yourself from one of the may free water stations around the island. there are two outside private areas with sun loungers a deck with outside dining and lots of seating. the sun area captures the sun during the day and there are sun loungers to use, the deck is large with dining table and chairs and great when you need some shade. the pool is just a few steps from the villa and is 11 metres long and fenced, private with sun loungers and loads of island native plants and shrubs. while the pool is shared it is only with two other properties and usually not used as most guests are exploring the lagoon just steps away! There are kayaks to use and a snorkel and pipe set (no fins) on the deck of the villa. inside the lounge there is a 50" smart tv to connect to your favourite media apps, a old school dvd player with dvd's and books for use and a large couch, coffee table, ceiling fan. Adam & Sarah Guest access muri beachside villa is for your sole use for your entire stay! Park right in front of the villa, our setting is down a 30m driveway so well off the road. The pool is just half a dozen steps from the deck. it is fenced gated and private with lush landscaping and planting. there are 3/4 of an acre of lawns and landscaped areas including our private beach area which is all for you to enjoy! Just 30m from the rear doors to the beach & kayaks - no roads to cross! our private setting is one of the last in Muri that hasn't been built out with multiple units or turned in to a hotel -which is why we are so popular! the villa does have a staircase to the upstairs bedrooms with no handrail but are not steep. there is also two steps from the lawn on to the deck and two more at the rear steps. beach access is via our own private area that has a picnic table. from the rear door of the villa is a coral path that turns to lawn that turns to sand - approx 30m total from the Villa. on the sand are six kayaks to use. on your deck at the villa are a mask and pipe each for snorkelling (no fins). Other things to note * we accept children over 13yrs only. max of two children apply to this property with no babies or infants *check in 2pm *check out 10am * the villa and surrounding areas incl beach front and lawn areas are not to be used for wedding ceremonies or any sort of gathering without exception. * the property is not a 'base' for others who are staying elsewhere to come and go and be onsite
