Guests will not be able to access the interior of the garage or the pool equipment area. Other things to note • Trash is to be taken to the large trash bin by the entrance of the property, it will be collected by the trash company on Thursdays. • Pool and spa maintenance typically happens on Fridays, please allow access to the pool cleaners. They will only need access to the pool and spa, no interior spaces. • A security system is installed in the outdoor spaces to detect and deter unwanted guests. The system is monitored by a professional monitoring company and only reviewed in the case of an emergency or serious incident. Additionally, it is there for your safety and to protect your personal belongings; please arm the system (you will be provided a unique code for your stay) when you end the evening events and when you are away from the house. Please contact your host if you have any concerns about the security system. • Glass pivot doors must be operated with caution. Please open and close slowly to avoid damage. • Swim at your own risk. Pool depth is max 5 feet, do not dive in the pool or spa. • Please understand that the desert is full of creepy crawlers and sand. The large pivot doors do not have screens, if left open, you will invite these unwanted guests.
