The space For the Christmas holidays or a stay in any season, discover two exceptional villas gathered in a green setting with panoramic sea views of Cap d'Antibes. Available only for group rental, they offer comfort, privacy and a warm atmosphere ideal for moments with family or friends. Villa 1 — Californian Style (120 m²) Upstairs: two spacious bedrooms, each with private bathroom and dressing room. On the ground floor: a kitchen open to the living and dining room, giving direct access to the 14 m swimming pool and the garden. Villa 2 — Neo-Provençal Style (65 m²) Ground floor: one bedroom, one shower room, one small children's room with bunk beds, one kitchen open to the living room and one separate toilet. On the lower floor: a separate bedroom with bathroom and toilet. The villa also has a large terrace and a private pool. Outdoor spaces The two villas, independent and built in stone terraces, communicate via a central parking lot that can accommodate several vehicles. A semi-open garage for two cars is accessible from the low entrance of the property, equipped with a turning area. Swimming pools & comfort in winter The small swimming pool can be heated from November to April (72 hours' notice, €25/day surcharge). For Christmas and New Year stays, it is heated to 30°C and included in the rate, so you can enjoy it to the fullest even in winter. However, we recommend renting a car to better enjoy the area. The access road and the roads around the villa are narrow, we do not recommend sizes larger than a Viano or very low sports cars. Other things to note For stays of two weeks or more, a cleaning and a change of sheets are carried out in the middle of the stay. Additional housekeeping or breakfast services can be offered upon request. Pools: For Christmas and New Year, the small pool is heated to 30°C and included in the rate. Cleanliness rules: Housekeeping does not include the removal of household garbage. Dishes must be done before your departure. The kitchen, refrigerator, freezer and barbecue must be emptied and cleaned. Waste bins are available nearby. Quiet and neighborhood: Located in a residential area, the property is not suitable for noisy parties. Noise is not allowed after 10 p.m. Events (birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, parties, etc.) are not allowed. The villa is ideal for quiet and relaxing stays. External interventions: Occasional visits by gardeners, pool attendants or cleaning staff may take place during your stay. You will be notified in advance when this is the case.
