The space The house we offer is UNIQUE IN ITS GENRE because it is 20 METERS FROM THE SEA SHORE, which you can access as soon as you open the garden gate. It has been recently renovated and features all new and designer furnishings, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Beachouse is the ideal place for all those who love the sea, flee from crowded beaches eager for quiet, enjoying the possibility of a breakfast by the sea, lulled by the relaxing sound of the waves, or admire the sunset and its unforgettable pink sky in total relaxation on a deckchair. The crystal clear sea water will allow you to have fun snorkeling, with our masks and mats. Here you can decide whether to dine in the shade of the pergola cooking freshly caught fish on the barbecue in front of the house, or light a candle on the blue table near the sea, admiring the starry sky and maybe discovering new constellations! You can have fun seeing the coast from the sea by canoe or SUP board, or relax with an aperitif in the Jacuzzi with chromotherapy listening to music under the stars, play table tennis, or take beautiful mountain bike rides. The villa is located ON THE BEACH, to which you have direct access from the garden. With 2 double BEDROOMS, with the option to add a BABY BED for children up to 4 years old free of charge upon request, for which we also provide a high chair upon request. Upon request, it may sometimes also be possible to insert A SECOND BED FOR CHILDREN up to 4 years, with a cost of 30 euros per stay, to be paid on site. Both rooms have a memory foam mattress, sheets, blankets, a double hypoallergenic pillow, satellite TV with Netflix and Sky, air conditioning, closets with hangers, and FREE WIFI. A passageway with a bunk bed, and a living room with a 140 x 170 cm sofa bed, ideal for two children or an adult. The two bedrooms have two bathrooms in the room. The 2 bathrooms feature a toilet, bidet, sink with large mirror, shower and hairdryer. There is also a washing machine (in the wooden shed in the garden), clothes rack, iron and ironing board, microwave oven. The kitchen features a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 450-liter refrigerator, freezer, 4 induction burners and various cabinets, dishwasher, blender, juicer. It is also equipped with all the accessories for cooking, storing food and serving at the table. All doors and windows (with double glazing) are equipped with mosquito nets and curtains. There is also a well-insulated DEPANADANCE, inside the garden, equipped with a double bedroom, memory mattress, 4 pillows, two bedside tables, wardrobe, TV and air conditioner, a window with mosquito net and a glass French door with shutter. The BEACH where the house is located has been awarded the Blue Flag every year by Legambiente for its clean sea and crystal clear water. It is also not very busy and you can spend your stay pleasantly and in absolute relaxation. You won't find sand but large pebbles and rocks. It is also IDEAL for CHILDREN, because it has a natural swimming pool created by the rocks, right in front of the villa. We provide 6 MASKS WITH TUBES, 2 PAIRS OF FINS 42-43, and 43-44, and shoes for the sea in almost every size. There are various possibilities for excursions to nearby towns and a delightful village complete with everything 2 km away. Hiking and biking trails leading to the Madonie National Park start about 15 minutes from the house - you'll discover authentic mountain villages away from the summer crowds. You are just a 20-minute drive from picturesque Cefalù, with its cathedral and shops selling colorful ceramics and great food. The house is just 20 minutes from Castelbuono, a typical Madonie village, where during the summer you can find many cultural events or try (for free) the famous delicacies of the Fiasconaro pastry shop. Inside the house you will find books that you can use as a guide to learn more about the area and a manual with all my suggestions! Among the most special experiences that the surroundings offer, a few minutes by car, I recommend: - go and try the Zip line in the Madonie park: a unique experience overlooking the sea; - take a dinghy or quad bike excursion to the Tiberius gorges; - Swimming in the pedal boat on Torre Conca beach; - visit Cefalù, which is a lovely town, full of nice shops and clubs; - fly with a paraglider on Torre Conca beach. In the villa you can snorkel or swim with the sup board (3 total), canoe or windsurf. At the house, you will also find canvases to paint, and board games. YOGA MATS, MEDITATION CUSHION, WEIGHTS, ELASTIC BANDS are available. IT IS ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF FROM BOTH PALERMO AND CATANIA AIRPORTS. I am an architect specializing in interiors, and I have renovated my home with a lot of love and attention to detail, equipping it with all the comforts that I have always sought on my travels, because I want to make my guests feel at home. This is a lovely place where I spent every summer of my teenage years, and where I think even the pebbles in the sea have a soul! This is why I would like to share this magical place with people who, like me, love nature and the sea, and I would like them to always carry it in their hearts, as I do. I live in a villa a few meters from this in the summer season and on spring and autumn weekends, and I am always available to provide advice and suggestions. I always leave a welcome basket for my guests with local products, and I love to make myself available to help them get to know my beloved Sicily. Other things to note It is forbidden to host other people, so no one else is allowed to sleep in the house or in the garden, and it is not possible to host anyone in the hot tub or in the pool. The pool will be heated from October to May at no extra cost. THE JACUZZI CAN ALWAYS BE USED BECAUSE IT CAN BE HEATED UP TO A TEMPERATURE OF 40 DEGREES Celsius. Before check-out, guests can leave the ACCOMMODATION TAX inside the special glass container. The tax is €1 per person, per night, up to 6 nights.
