This is to verify the identity of the guests and ensure the booking is made by the same person who will be staying at the property. No Parties: Our apartment is located in a residential building, and we kindly request that guests respect our neighbours by avoiding any loud or disruptive behaviour. There is CCTV outside the property and a noise detector inside to prevent disturbances. Failure to follow these rule will result in immediate eviction, loss of deposit, and no refund. Quiet hours are from 22:00 - 09:00. CCTV is in operation in the outdoor areas of the property so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the property). Registered guest only: Please ensure that you book for the correct number of guests. No unregistered guests are allowed in the apartment.
