Whole cottage set in a lush, tropical garden, with gorgeous views of Brewer's Bay, for your private use and enjoyment. Five minutes drive away from Cane Garden Bay and ten minutes from town, Botanica is a garden oasis spanning over an acre, with four standalone houses. By day, you will be amazed by the views of the hills, the bay and neighbouring islands. At night, you will be lulled to sleep by the sounds of nature - crickets, frogs and the whispering of the coconut fronds. The space This one-bedroom cottage will comfortably accommodate two adults and comes fully-air conditioned with split air-con units in the bedroom and living space. Each area also comes with a ceiling fan. You will have access to fast wi-fi throughout the property. In this cottage, you will find: Bedroom with king-sized bed (mattress is medium soft-firm) & 4 king-sized pillows, chest of drawers with six drawers for clothes, two lamps, two bedside tables and a large mirror; Open plan living room with plush sofa, armchair and ottoman, side lamp for reading and a coffee-table you can move around to wherever you need it; Smart TV (51") with Netflix capability in the living room; Fully-equipped kitchen contains reverse-osmosis filtered drinking water on tap, a full-sized fridge with freezer, gas stove with gas oven, microwave oven, toaster, drip-coffee maker, pots and pans, dinnerware, drinking glasses, wine glasses and mugs; Bathroom with hot/cold shower and tap, stand for clothes, hair dryer, clothes hamper, shower gel, bath and hand towels; Walk-in closet with extra blanket and quilt, ironing board and iron, laundry basket and pegs, beach chairs, beach towels, a small cooler box for your beach trip, a beach mat, ample velvet hangers on a rail to hang your longer outfits and space for your luggage; Outdoor patio with space for you to sit down and have a drink under the coconut leaves; EXTRAS we provide for your use while you’re here: *FREE: A large beach mat and two beach chairs you can take to the beach; *FREE: Under-house separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer (laundry detergent and softener for one large load provided). This amenity is shared between you and the guests in the Studio cottage; *Charcoal BBQ kettle grill for two (coal and lighter fluid NOT provided so please pick up some from the supermarket); *Automatic backup generator kicks in when there are supply issues to our regular electrical supply. ** Please note: ** Accessibility: accessible only by stairs, no wheelchair access. Safety: there are no barriers around the outdoor patio and there is a drop of a few feet over the edge. Guest access The whole cottage. Other things to note No pets, no smoking, no parties or guests, please. As the other cottages may be occupied, please respect the privacy and peace on the property. The cottage is not within walking distance of any beaches or any other amenities. We definitely recommend a hire car to get around the island freely, since taxis need to be called in advance and can quickly become costly. A motion sensor CCTV has been installed outside the property main entrance, overlooking the parking lot. This is to monitor the parking situation and generators.
