Silk Cotton Villa is a lovely, secluded, private villa located in the desirable and sought after area of Woodlands, Montserrat. The property was designed to provide breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea from virtually all its rooms. The villa sits on 1.3 acres of beautifully landscaped lawn and garden, featuring flowering plants and towering palm trees. The private road accommodates only three villas, ensuring privacy and tranquility. This listing is only for two bedrooms on the upper section. The space Please note the villa is five bedroom. This listing is only for the upper two bedrooms. There is a seperate listing available to book the entire space. We only accommodate one group at a time so guest have the entire space. The villa comes with a suv jeep that guest can rent seperately. Guest access Guest are allowed to use the upper section of the villa and the laundry room in the lower area only. No access to the lower section of the property. Guest are also allowed full access to the garden area. Other things to note We have a suv available to guest for rent during there stay.
