Lower temperatures may cause the system to freeze or cool improperly. House Rules • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any evidence of pets in the unit will result in a $250 deodorization fee. • NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony in accordance with Laketown Wharf guidelines. Any evidence of smoking inside the condo will result in a $250 deodorization fee. • Please do not sit on interior furniture while wearing wet swimsuits or clothing. • Do not take bath towels or sheets to the beach. • Never open the balcony doors while the front door is open. Strong winds can cause doors to slam shut and create a safety hazard. • Do not leave balcony doors open for more than a minute or two. This allows humidity inside, overworks the A/C system, and can lead to mold growth. ⸻ Check-Out Instructions Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
