Guest access 【Usage Time & Noise Policy】 ・You may use the room freely at any time, 24 hours a day. ・Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM, as there are local residents living nearby. 　We kindly ask for your cooperation to avoid any noise-related issues with neighbors. 【Smoking Policy】 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and on the premises. Please also refrain from smoking on nearby streets or in the residential area. Under Japanese law, street smoking and littering are prohibited. Violations may result in reports to the police by neighbors. To avoid any trouble, please follow the rules and be considerate. Other things to note -Please be punctual in your check-in and check-out times. If you are late with your check-out, you will be charged 2,000 yen per hour. -It is prohibited to let anyone other than the person who made the reservation stay at the guesthouse. -Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, on nearby streets, and in surrounding areas. -Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering the room. -Parties are prohibited. -Pets are not allowed. -Please keep small children away from the balcony as it is dangerous. -Please note that you cannot stay at the guesthouse unless you make a reservation on Airbnb. -Please cooperate in separating garbage (please separate burnable garbage, non-burnable garbage, recyclable garbage, and bulky garbage). -Please be sure to contact us in advance if you have bulky garbage (suitcases, etc.).
