Still Waters Point

Our home sits at the edge Cherry Point on Gwynn’s Island, and can accommodate large families & dogs. Enjoy sunrises & sunsets over the Chesapeake from the deck/sunroom. Play games, read a book, or take a peaceful walk to one of two community beaches or peers. Interested in using a Golf Cart, Kayaks, Bikes, or Fishing Poles? The space Our three bedroom home has plenty of space for most families, but if your group is especially large we do have a fold out couch (large blue sofa in the Family Room) available for guest use. The extra sheets will be in the armoire in the Master Bedroom. Guest access The entire house will be available including the garage space (where guests will find the dog kennels). We do ask that if pets will be left at the property for any period of time, during the day or night, that guests would utilize the kennels in the garage. We do not allow pets on the furniture for any reason. This is for the comfort and safety of our four footed friends, and the longevity of our furnishings. :) Kennels are sanitized between each of our pet guests. Other things to note Fishing is allowed on the island but guests will need to have an active fishing license. The peers do have benches and bait boards which makes the experience more relaxing. If you would like to use our small BBQ, Fishing Poles, Kayaks & Life Jackets, Bicycles, Beach Chairs, or the Golf Cart, please message us and ask if those items will be available for the time of your stay. We lend these out on a first come first serve bases, so don't wait to the last minute to reach out!
