Mountainside penthouse on the lake!! Enjoy your vacation with Stunning Views of Big Boulder Lake. Our pristine condo has much to offer throughout the four seasons and an amazing view. Our Penthouse is the largest unit at Midlake with a very private and well furnished balcony for relaxing by the white lights. We strive to make every stay memorable. Our large canoe is available on a complimentary basis during the summer season. Pool/Lake/HotTub only open Memorial Day to Labor Day The space We have a fantastic, unobstructed view of the lake and just a short walk to the pool. We are also members of Boulder Lake club - PLEASE contact them directly to confirm availability and fees for all facilities. It is as close to the stars as you can get. The Great Room has Cathedral ceilings, a stone front wood fireplace. Our kitchen has updated counter tops and all the tools you need to prepare family meals. The dining area has more great views of the lake. The two first floor bedrooms each have private bathrooms . The loft area has sleeping for four. There is also a quiet sitting area. There is also plenty of closet space in all the bedrooms and and a washer dryer off the kitchen. Winter activities are a highlight of the area. Big Boulder Ski Resort is just up the road, Jack Frost and Camelback Ski area are a short drive away. Our home is a welcome retreat to enjoy the winter with a cozy fire in a warm and comfortable setting. During the warmer weather there are local Golf courses and hiking trails nearby. We have a beautiful lakeside walking path to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the area. Summer fun includes use of the lakefront pool, kiddie splash pool and hot tub. We also belong to the Boulder Lake Club, where for a small fee, you can enjoy a their pools, boat rentals, tennis courts and basketball courts. There is also a playground and many activities for the kids. You can also rent boats for fishing or to just enjoy the water. If you are more adventurous, kayaks and stand up paddleboards are also available. Take a short walk to the Boulder View Tavern to enjoy a great meal or a drink at sunset. We are close to Split Rock Lodge, Pocono Raceway, The Crossings Outlet Mall, Mount Airy Casino, and Jim Thorpe. Lake Harmony (our sister lake) is just a few minutes away with fun restaurants and powered water sports. Our condo is the perfect place for couples, families and girls' or guys' weekends. We offer the best of both worlds, the beauty and peacefulness of the Pocono Mountains and the closeness of major attractions and activities. Please check with the Boulder Lake Club to confirm beach, lake and marina availability. The pool and hot tub are typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day and weekends in September. The Boulder Lake Club charges a small weekly fee for each renter accessing their beach and marina. Guest access The entire house is available, with the exception of the supply closets (2). We have a gated community. Photo ID must be provided 1 day prior to check in for parking access to be provided. Other things to note WE HAVE A KAYAK AND A LAKESIDE KAYAK RACK available for use WHEN THE LAKE IS OPEN.
