The space The Guesthouse is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, making it easily accessible, on a very quiet and peaceful street. The recently renovated house features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, SmartTV, and a cozy dining area. It's ideal for relaxing after a day of trekking. The bright and airy bedroom has a queen-size bed, high-quality linens, and a wardrobe for storing your personal belongings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and stove, perfect for preparing delicious homemade meals. The bathroom features a comfortable bathtub, perfect for a refreshing soak. You'll find soft towels, shampoo, and body soap. The private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset. Additionally, an extra bed can be added to the apartment for a fifth guest. Guest access Monterosso is almost entirely a pedestrian town. Given the good train service from other cities, few people choose to drive while they are here. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the train station and the public parking lot in Fegina. The old town is a 10-minute walk along a flat road by the beach. The presence of an elevator in the building also makes access easy for families with strollers or people with mobility issues. Other things to note The tourist tax is not included in the price. I will ask you to pay it via Stripe a few days before your arrival. The Municipality of Monterosso requires guests of tourist apartments to pay the tourist tax: 3 euros per person per day, for a maximum of 3 nights.
