Welcome to our 4-bedroom Pocono retreat with everything you need for a fun, memory-filled stay — hot tub, game room, fire pit, and more! Enjoy easy access to beaches, lakes, pools, and top local attractions like Camelback, wineries, and hiking trails. Perfect for families or groups looking to relax or explore. The space Step inside our bright and spacious 2,800 sq ft home, filled with cozy comforts and fun for everyone. There’s driveway parking for up to 4 cars and you’ll enter through the front door using a custom smart lock code provided at check-in. Once inside, you’ll find window AC units in each bedroom and portable AC units in the living and game rooms to keep things cool. The layout flows easily between relaxing, dining, and playing — all under one roof. LIVING ROOM Located at the heart of the home, the living room welcomes you with comfy seating, a smart TV, and a bold mural backdrop perfect for group photos or selfies. It's the ideal hangout spot after a day of exploring. Highlights of the living room include: ✧ Cozy sofa and accent chairs ✧ Large smart TV for streaming ✧ Insta-worthy wall mural ✧ Open layout to kitchen and dining area KITCHEN The fully stocked kitchen sits just off the living room and features everything you need to prep meals at home. Highlights of our kitchen include: ✧ Full-size appliances ✧ Coffee maker with coffee, tea, and local honey ✧ Cookware, utensils, plates, and cups ✧ Dining table with bench seating MASTER BEDROOM Our spacious master bedroom offers a calm and quiet escape with soft bedding and its own AC unit to keep you comfortable through the night. Highlights of the master suite include: ✧ Comfortable bed with premium linens ✧ Window AC unit ✧ Dresser and closet for storage ✧ Peaceful atmosphere for restful sleep OTHER BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM All other bedrooms are roomy and thoughtfully decorated with comfort in mind. Each one includes a ceiling fan, ample space, and clean linens. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with basics for your stay. Our updated game room is packed with entertainment for guests of all ages. It has window units in the master bedroom and a portable AC unit in the living room and in the downstairs game room. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. A custom keypad code will be provided for entry. IMPORTANT: All guests must complete a registration form at least 3 days before check-in. A $75 fee applies if submitted late. The form will be emailed to you via Jotform for easy e-signing. Prefer paper? No problem—just print, sign, and send us a photo.
