This 5000 Sq. Ft Home sleeps 24 people and the Generous Space continues outside! Outside feature 1,800 Sq. Ft. of COVERED space! We love the sun AND the shade!! We are a small family-owned business that specializes in Luxury, High-End Vacation rentals! There is plenty of seating in the Great Room and the Family Room to gather and watch a game. A total of 10 TVs are on property, so if you prefer to watch the game in your Room, at the Pool, or under one of the outdoor Verandas, you have a choice! The space 7 Bedrooms along with the Luxurious Upgraded Sofa Sleeper, sleeps 20 people. Add The Casita to sleep 24! 5.5 Bathrooms! This 5,000 sq. ft. property has a Full-Kitchen equipped with Six-Burner Stove, large Side-By-Side Fridge, a separate Beverage Bar with Wine Fridge, large capacity High-Efficiency Washer and Dryer, Outdoor Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Basketball 1/2 Court, Pickle Ball Court, Corn Hole, Mini Golf Course, 2 Lighted-Covered Patio’s for Outdoor Dining or Poolside play! Guest access A lock box code to access the key for entry at the front door and 1 additional house key as well as 1 remote for garage door entry will be provided inside the home. Other things to note ***IMPORTANT*** 1) Posted Rates are for up to 20 guests and doesn't include the Guesthouse/Casita. If you have more than 20 guests, the Casita can be added for $275 for the entire stay. Please notify us at the time of booking if you will be using the Sofa Sleeper in the main house so we can provide the necessary extra bedding. 2)You must be 30 years of age or older to book this home. A Valid form of ID (State Issued ID, Military ID or Passport) to show proof of age is required at time of booking. 3) No Weddings, Parties or Other Events (which includes, but not limited to Bachelor / Bachelorette Events, Rehearsal Dinners, Birthday Parties) if in doubt, kindly submit an inquiry, we will be happy to clarify. 4) The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and enjoy! However, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide in Welcome Packet. Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition, so that the next guest may enjoy it, too. If the failure to follow our instructions results in a hot tub, which is not in usable condition, as for example due to: - Low water level - Greenish or otherwise “unusual” water color - Or similar issues We will charge a $200 fee in order to cover the additional service expenses needed to restore the hot tub to its functional condition. 5)Pool Heat is also Optional for $175/night or $900/wk. It is Not Included in your reservation. There is a 3 day minimum. If you would like to add pool heat to your reservation, please let me know at least a week before your stay. 6) This Property is for LODGING ONLY for the maximum number of allowable guest. Gatherings or parties of any type (including day-use for local friends and family) are NOT ALLOWED. Also, NO LOUD NOISE. 7) We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet" policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law. 8) NO 3rd PARTY BOOKINGS. 9)PAYMENTS: 50% of the total amount due is collected at time of booking. The other 50% is collected 30 days prior to your check in date. 10) No Smoking of Any Kind is allowed in the home or within 10ft. of the Entry Doors. Any evidence of smoking left behind on the property is subject to an extra cleaning fee /repair fee. 11) Please be sure to pack your favorite Shower Soap, Shampoo, and Conditioner. We do not supply these items. If you forget, there is a Dollar Store and a Grocery Store 5 minutes away that supplies these items.
