Stroll through the true history of Rome, arriving at the city's central attractions, comfortably on foot. The space The apartment is a loft with attention to the smallest details, with ancient vaulted ceilings, typical of the historic buildings in the center of Rome. Located on the street level of a historic building, it is very bright and was completely renovated in May 2024, perfect for groups of friends, couples traveling or families with children. You'll find Smart TV, Air Conditioning, ultra-fast Wi-Fi. The apartment has maintained the "Underground" design characteristic of Testaccio, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Rome, now a popular tourist destination for all travelers from around the world. It consists of a lovely entrance, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and Master Suite. ◼-------------- Crossing the threshold, you will be welcomed by the comfortable open-plan living room with a kitchenette, featuring an elegant sofa bed with a chaise longue, a 32" Smart TV, air conditioning, a kitchen, and a dining table where you can eat with your friends or family. The living room has a large window that opens onto an open space for condominium use but not much used, so it is very reserved and you can use it too (very convenient for smoking guests) The kitchenette has all the accessories of a home kitchen, complete with a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a two-burner induction hob, pots, pans, and cooking tools. (If you want to go shopping, just a 3-minute walk away you will find the famous Testaccio Market where you will find typical Roman products). The sofa bed quickly transforms into a comfortable French bed (140x190 cm) for 2 people, with a professional 6 cm hypoallergenic Memory Foam Topper that will make your rest exceptionally comfortable! A supply of coffee pods, sugar and tea is provided for each stay. ◼-------------- The Master Suite is a large double bedroom, decorated in industrial-pop style as you can discover for yourself by admiring the wall decorated with old vinyl albums. It features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), with hypoallergenic Memory Foam mattress, pillows of various softnesses (2 Memory Foam pillows), 50" Ultra HD Smart TV, air conditioning, a comfortable open wardrobe, luggage rack. A large window that opens in two positions will make the room very bright during the day, but with a simple movement you will have the right darkness thanks to the roller blind for the night. ◼-------------- The apartment ends with the bathroom, completely renovated and with a window. It has a large shower cabin with high showerhead + hand shower, toilet, bidet, sink with wall light and washing machine. There is also a powerful 2000w hair dryer with active ions and a comfortable shelf unit to place personal items and a makeup bag. In the house you will also find a convenient clothes rack, an iron and a professional ironing board. ◼-------------- For each guest there is a WELCOME KIT consisting of: - 3 soft terry towels (Body towel, hand/face towel, bidet towel) + shower mat - Shower/Bath Lotion/Shampoo - Hand soap The house has a gas/smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. ◼-------------- As soon as you leave the apartment you will find yourself in a neighborhood complete with many services such as restaurants, bars, pharmacies, shops. Right outside the apartment is a long paid parking area on the street along the famous "Lungo Tevere". If necessary, it is always possible to arrange a Taxi via AirBnB chat. Guest access Access to the apartment is autonomous, via Smart Lock, so you can enter at any time you arrive, after 3:00 p.m., as required by check-in The apartment is at your complete disposal. Please note: Access to the apartment involves passing through 3 short flights of stairs, one uphill, two downhill. Other things to note Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment Smoke detectors with alarms are present inside the apartment. The apartment has an outdoor space that can be used by guests, while remaining a condominium space. The use of this space requires the utmost respect for the other residents in the building, so noise, loud music, clamor, shouting, etc. are prohibited in these spaces throughout the stay, especially during the hours of silence provided for by the condominium rules (2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.) Please note: Based on the number of guests, the beds will be set up as follows, unless otherwise requested: - 1 guest: queen size bed in suite - 2 guests: queen-size bed in suite - 3 or 4 guests: queen size bed in suite + sofa bed Guests can request changes based on their needs; extra payments may be required.
