The space This condo is on the second floor. There are stairs and an elevator to access the condo. The pool and exercise room are on the first floor of an adjacent building, with no elevator (you must use stairs to access it). You do not need to go outside to access, just walk through the halls of the old school. There is a way to access the pool without using stairs if you walk around the exterior of the building, which is a work around if you want to avoid stairs.
