We are located 15 minutes drive above Antigua in the stunning forests around El Hato, close to El Hato Verde & before Hobbitenango. From the house you will enjoy breathtaking views of the valley and volcanoes. Antigua is on your doorstep but you can enjoy the quiet of a forest retreat. Private parking for one vehicle on the property only without additional space for other cars on the street. Approximately 15 minute drive down into Antigua. Upon booking, we will provide you with all the necessary information to have an amazing stay. Before booking, please consider the following to ensure Lucid Dream is the right destination for you: ▹ Location: The house is a 15-minute drive above Antigua & there are not many tiendas in immediate walking distance. ▹ No smoking inside the house: We request that you refrain from smoking inside the property. If you need to smoke, please do it outside on the patio and at a distance from the building to prevent smoke from entering. ▹ Quiet Hours: Our quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. During these times, we request all guests be conscious of noise to allow for a peaceful environment for the community around us. We kindly ask that you avoid hosting parties, playing loud music, or setting off fireworks on the land. ▹ Accessibility: This Airbnb may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility due to the narrow spiral staircase. ▹ Ecological Awareness: Lucid Dream is part of the Terranest Project and has a biodigestor. We cannot use bleach or harsh chemicals, so we ask that you use our provided dish soap and laundry detergents only to care for the natural environment. We are on a reservoir for our water, so please use water mindfully. ▹ Shoes off: To protect our unique earthen floor, we request you leave your shoes at the door in the spaces provided and enjoy our house slippers inside the villa. ▹ Communication: You can reach out to our team at any time via Airbnb or phone, and we will respond to you promptly.
