The Cottage

Centrally located cozy cottage. Fully fenced in yard. We tend a produce garden for our guests in the yard including tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, and peppers. Help yourself to the ripe vegetables! This house is just a few blocks from downtown Sedalia and only 2 blocks from family-friendly Liberty Park and the Heckart Community Center that houses an indoor pool, basketball courts, pickleball, daycare and a full gym. In addition, you will be only 2 miles from the Missouri State Fairgrounds The space It’s a cozy space and we’ve tried to make sure your stay is comfortable and convenient. If you find that any room in the house is in need of an accessory, please be sure to let us know! Guest access You have access to the whole house inside and the yard. We keep the garage locked though for storage. There is a backyard inside the privacy fence that is accessible through the gate off the sidewalk. We have a fire pit and seating out there (including a bench swing!), and it’s a great place for your dog to relax. Fire starter cubes are provided in the house in the cabinet above the stove. A lighter is also provided in the utensil holder next to the stove. Other things to note Pets are welcome, but please clean up after them. Bags are located beside the back door for waste disposal.
