A Relaxing River View Retreat-Fully furnished guesthouse in a park like setting with amazing views of the Mighty Mississippi and surrounding valleys. Laundry, private garage, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, reclining leather sofas, Roku TV, plus much more! The space Serenity/Peaceful are the words that best describe our little guesthouse. Guest access Guests have full access to the guesthouse, laundry, garage and rear upper balcony. Other things to note The guesthouse is located directly next to the "main home". Please do not disturb the tenants in the larger brick home. We supply a "starter pack" of coffee pods, paper products and soaps for guest use. These items are not replenished during guest stays by the host. Due to restrictions accessing locked P.O. Boxes, mail and package delivery are not available to the guesthouse. There are delivery access points around town that accept packages and can be found online.
