It has a stove, refrigerator, complete utensils, pots, dishes, cutlery and everything you need to cook in a practical way. Ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals or spend longer periods staying. 🛏 Bedroom Comfortable room with new double spring box bed, impeccable air-conditioning and TV with streaming access. Quiet, air-conditioned environment ideal both for rest and for maintaining an organized work or study routine. 🚿 Bathroom Private bathroom, clean, functional and well distributed. Guest access The guest will have exclusive and private access to the entire house: bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom and workspace. You can also use the laundry for free throughout your stay. The deck at the end of the street is for shared use with prior scheduling for use of the barbecue. Parking can be done in front of the lodging or on the deck. For stays of 7 days or more, we offer a free recharge for electric vehicles. Access is by password, allowing entry and exit at any time with full autonomy.
