The space The house was completely newly renovated in 2023 and furnished in a modern country house style. It was important to us to preserve the typical character of a Salzburg country house. Awaiting you: 3 cozy bedrooms (fully air-conditioned) with up to 8 beds and plenty of storage space and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. A cozy living room (fully air-conditioned) overlooking the garden (south-facing) with an open dining area and fully equipped open kitchen and a couch corner with smart TV (Netflix and Amazon access) on the first floor (2 air conditioners). In the basement (which receives natural light through windows from the west) is another living room/bedroom with 2 additional beds/sofas, storage space and a second large smart TV (Netflix and Amazon access). We also created a work area in a separate room. Here you will find a small library with English and German books and graphic novels, an HP Wi-Fi printer, a Wi-Fi computer mouse and various office supplies. In our beautiful garden overlooking the town center with its historic church and far into the Austrian and Bavarian mountains, you can eat and drink in the outdoor lounge or relax on various sun loungers. The city of Salzburg can be reached in 20 minutes by car (20 kilometers) (if you avoid the morning and evening rush hours). Various Salzburg swimming lakes and boat rentals are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest one (Lake Obertrum) can be reached in 10 minutes by car (10 km). Guest access There are two parking spaces right outside the front door. A garage with electric charging station is also available on request.
