The space The house was extensively renovated in 2023 and redecorated in a modern country house style—with great attention to detail and the aim of preserving the typical character of a Salzburg country house. You’ll find three cozy, fully air-conditioned bedrooms with up to 8 beds, as well as two modern bathrooms on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a bright living area with a view of the garden (south-facing), an open dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable sofa corner with a smart TV (including Netflix & Amazon) invites you to relax. In the basement—with natural light from west-facing windows—there is another living room and bedroom with two additional sleeping options, as well as a large smart TV. For longer stays or workations, there is a separate workspace with a small library, printer, and office supplies. The garden offers a sweeping view of the town center with its historic church as well as the surrounding mountain landscape. Enjoy your time in the outdoor lounge or relax on the deck chairs. Salzburg is about a 20-minute drive away. The nearest swimming lake, Obertrumer See, is only about 10 minutes away. Guest access There are two parking spaces right outside the front door. A garage with electric charging station is also available on request. Access to the house with Smart Lock (Evva AirKey) or key box with code possible at any time.
