Close to Everything!! Twenty minutes to entrance of Yosemite Park, 4 min to Oakhurst restaurants and shopping, ten min to Bass Lake, three blocks to the community pool, and one block to historic center. Mtn. theme decor, sleeps 8-10 with 3 bedrooms, King/Queen/Double Bunks and 2 sofa pull outs. Bunks have wt limit of 240 lbs. Hot tub with seating and fireplace table. *Separate gaming area!!* Single level with 54 inch entry. Open kitchen and furnished for the Chef. Five min to charging station. The space Nice open plan! You enter and find the gaming area that has a pull out coach for extra sleeping. Next you enter the Dining/Living area combo which lets everyone visit. Area has an electric fireplace and pull out coach.The kitchen is also open with a seating area so the cook can visit while cooking. The washer/dryer are here too! The hot tub (guests ages 12+ welcome, ages 5+ need to be supervised, no kids under 5) and patio seating are right there, adding to the open feeling. The hallway leads to three bedrooms. A king with private bathroom, a Queen and kids room with double bunk beds. (Bunk beds are designed for people weighing 125 pounds or less). Second bathroom with tub is in the hallway. This home has great energy!! You sense the mountain healing and calm. We don’t recommend guests shipping anything to the house. Mountain mail is extremely unreliable. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all rooms and spaces except those which are locked. Other things to note Make yourself at home!! There will be directions regarding operating the televisions and gaming unit. Please remember to bring your own gaming unit and HDMI cord. The hot tub is private and inviting with therapy jets for guests ages 12+. Spa towels will be outside in the large spa container. If you bring a puppy, the backyard is gated!! You are responsible for outside clean up. Bags will be available. Don't forget to enjoy the big open sky at night and watch the stars. There is no other place like this area! Important Note About Power Outages For your safety, utility companies may occasionally shut off power in mountain areas during high fire-risk conditions. While this is a precaution to help prevent wildfires, we understand it can be an inconvenience. To ensure your comfort during these times, we provide battery-powered lanterns and phone chargers for your use. Please note that as these outages are beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds related to power shut-offs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We are happy to ship any items left behind. Guest is responsible for shipping fees and $25 to pay the cleaner for the extra service. We don’t recommend guests shipping anything to the house.
