Use of the wood stove and traeger grill require orientation at check-in. Other things to note This rental is only available for 30+ night stays in compliance with County regulations. We offer EV charging ($50 fee / month) and owner-coordinated yard maintenance with 24h of advance notice. Gatherings (events) that don't violate any house rules are okay. Quiet time is at 10pm - meaning no loud music, conversation level voices only. The house plumbing is on a septic system - there is ZERO tolerance for anything being put down the toilet (apart from toilet paper) or sink and you must use sink strainers and rinse dishes before loading the dishwasher. If you are unfamiliar with septic systems, please let us know so that we can give you a proper introduction and make sure you don't have any plumbing issues during your stay. Garbage service is provided for the duration of your stay. We ask that garbage not remain in the house except in the provided lidded garbage bins and that all trash is rounded up and taken outside as part of the self-checkout process.
