The space You take the elevator up to the 6th floor and the entire floor is yours. 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. The view is breathtaking. We have a a beautiful pool and jacuzzi but there is a caveat please see our HOA Rules. There is a jacuzzi and pool on the lowest level where the gym is located. There is a protocol for the use of it. Friday and Saturday the use is free. You need to arrange with the person at the front desk to turn it on. It takes about 2 hours to heat the jacuzzi. To heat the pool or jacuzzi Sunday through Thursday there is a fee of 1400 pesos for the pool and 600 pesos for the jacuzzi. If you choose to use the pool or jacuzzi during non free days you will pay the person in pesos who turns on the pool or jacuzzi. Guest access As you enter you take an elevator that allows exclusive rights to enter your private entry to the whole floor of this new building on the ocean. It's private and it's safe. Other things to note The beautiful kitchen faces the ocean so even while cooking you get to enjoy a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. You not only see the expansive ocean and waves, it is not uncommon to see dolphins frolicking just in front of you
