Other things to note The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. There is no daily housekeeping. The condo has all fresh cleaned linens and towels for your stay. There is a laundromat located on the first floor if you wish to clean your personal items. *Sorry, there is no refund for early departures.* Predictable natural events, such as hurricanes, are not covered under extenuating circumstances. Please consider travel insurance. There are vending machines, game room, gift shop, luggage carts and fitness center at the location. No Pets, smoking of any kind, vaping or open flames. There is a large fine of $400.00 and up, if caught and can result in eviction with NO REFUND of any money paid. $250.00 for odor removal or excessing cleaning will be charged.
