It's very convenient space distribution is perfect for families, couples, friends or working partners. In the master bedroom you're going to find a king size bed, Flatscreen TV, Terrace access, Hammock, Bathroom with multi functional shower as well as air conditioner and a very convenient stand to place your luggage. The living room is endowed with a Flatscreen TV as well, surround system that extends to the terrace, air conditioner and a celling fan. Second bedroom has two single beds that have an extra set under each one of the beds for a total of 4 beds. Bathroom and Air Conditioner as well. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes all the flatware and silverware. Laundry room at your convenience and a dining table that can be located either inside the living room or on the terrace for a nice outside dinner or lunch. This Apartment includes everything that you need to be comfortable and enjoy your staying in this fantastic city. Guests will have full access to the building's social areas which include: One pool for kids another two for adults. Turkish bath GYM Bungaloos with very comfortable adjustable Beds. Easy access to the beach with Sunshades and adjustable Beds as well. This area is beautifully adorned with Palm trees that also provide shade from the sun. As the Host, i will be available at all times to help the guests feel like at home via E-mail or more easily by cell phone. Cleaning lady is included and mandatory (payed in person) Take into consideration that the guests are responsible for the food and necessary supplies for cooking if it applies. Also know that there are several food markets near by. If it's your first time in the city there are several recommendations. - Restaurants: Don Juan, Peru Mar, Juan del Mar, Vera, Harry's among a lot more of options. - Party: Cafe Del Mar and Babar are the most visited. Also "La Movida" and "La Jugada" If it's your first time in the Area and the Building. - Activities: Water Sports such as jet skies, Hover board, Fly Board, Kite Boarding academies as well as beach volley and soccer all at your convenience. Cabs are available at the building's lobby. I recommend to take the ones that offer a particular service which can be found next door at the Hotel's Lobby. (Holliday Inn). If you are renting a car there's an available parking space but i personally don't recommend renting a car. Note that downtown is only 15 to 20 mins away. As prices go, a cab to the "Ciudad Amurallada" costs no more than 18-20 thousand pesos. To the Airport is about 10-12 thousand pesos. In other cases, be aware of the taxi meter! If in need of extra security, i can recommend an armored car renthal. If not there are several car renthal places by the airport.
