Family room with a view

We rent out our lovingly renovated farmhouse from 1760 to small and large families as well as groups. In this ad, we rent ONE room for 3 guests. The room has a double bed of 200 x 200 cm and a single bed of 100 x 200 cm, a wardrobe, chairs with a small table. For day guests, there is a €4.50 fee for bedding and cleaning. There is a €12/day and pet fee for pets. The space Your room is on the 2nd floor of our farmhouse and has access to a balcony via the hallway. The entire apartment in the farmhouse is located on the ground floor and on the 1st floor and thus extends over two floors. Your kitchen on the ground floor is located in the open living-dining area and is spacious with the adjoining terraces on 2 sides. Your room is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. If necessary and upon request, a small single bed can be added. Your room also has a wardrobe for storing clothes. On both floors there is a large shared bathroom - which is always used individually. The bathroom on the upper floor is fully equipped with a bathtub and rain shower. The bathroom on the first floor is also fully equipped and of high quality. In addition, there is a washing machine for your use. Guest access You rent our room: FAMILY ROOM WITH A VIEW in our farm, then you will be staying on the 1st floor of our lovingly renovated farmhouse. Our first floor with garden, terrace and barbecue area is at your disposal. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with adjoining dining area and fireplace room. On the first floor there is also a large bedroom as well as a shared bathroom with adjoining utility room and washing machine. Parking is available right in front of the house. During your stay I'll be available to help throughout your stay. My apartment is in an outbuilding. I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you and you for an extra charge! Feel free to express all your wishes. We will try to fulfill them! Other things to note On the property, there is a pizza or bread oven. You can use this for a small fee. Depending on consumption, firewood costs between €20 and €40. For a fee, we can provide you with a pizza baking team that will take care of everything.
